Well, that was ummm.. harder than expected..
Back to back Bikram Yoga is super-tuff.. pretty sure I sweated about 7-8kg out..
First class was good, strong & reasonably limber..
Second, well, let’s just say I was running on empty.. I had no balance, my hands were slippery, my knees ached.. in general I felt old.. like “I owe Jesus a dollar” old..
Oh well, relaxing in a bath now.. Day 5 tomorrow..
I’ll make it my bitch.
