365 days of Fitness.. my New Years Resolution.

So, it’s 2012.. Happy New Years to everyone etc.

I realised today that I wanted to achieve something I have long been jealous of “professional” athletes for, the ability to work out everyday..

I currently practise Bikram Yoga and have played competitive club basketball my whole adult life, my back is better than ever and I’m looking forward to this new challenge

My fiance and I started off the new year well, Bikram Class @4pm .. and We’re going again tomorrow morning, in addition we went for an hours walk tonight & I feel great..
